The holidays can be a complex time for anyone - especially teenagers. Your mental health matters! Join us in Auditorium A on Wednesday, November 15 for a special program with life coach Debra Wunderly (of Heart-Level Connection) and therapist Briana Washington, LGSW (of Crescent Counseling Group). They'll discuss what they do, different mental health resources, and share tips on boundaries and mindfullness to help teens stay grounded through the stressful holiday season. A Thanksgiving-themed meal will be served. No registration is required.
