SCPL is very excited to host a short film festival on Saturday, April 25, at 12pm! Submit your applications for consideration to be shown at SCPL's festival. Awards will be presented to the filmmakers in several categories based on votes from the audience. Short films should not exceed 30-40 minutes in length. To submit your short film, email the film to joshua@scplwv.org or drop it off (on a flash drive or disc) to Joshua at SCPL.
