SCPL is excited to partner with the West Virginia Humanities Council for an exciting History Alive program highlighting the life of Colonel Ruby Bradley, a native of Spencer, WV, who was a POW until 1945, and later Chief Nurse for the Eighth Army, attaining the rank of Colonel in 1958.
Becky Park will be portraying Colonel Bradley in an exciting and informative program shining a spotlight on this remarkable woman.
